2. Compliance with Laws
Indian Labor Laws: The company's policies are aligned with Indian labor laws, including but not limited to the Factories Act, 1948, Payment of Wages Act, 1936, EPF Act, 1952, ESI Act, 1948, Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, Maternity Benefit Act, 1961, and other relevant labor regulations.
IT Act, 2000: The company abides by the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, particularly with respect to data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity.
Cybersecurity and Data Protection: The company ensures compliance with data security best practices and applicable laws, including GDPR (where applicable) and industry-specific standards.
If any conflict arises between the provisions of this policy manual and applicable Indian laws, the provisions of the law will take precedence.

All employees are required to sign an Acknowledgment of Receipt confirming that they have read and understood
the policies herein.

clients, competitors, or any third party without prior authorization from the company's senior management.
Employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of company data, client information, and intellectual
property in accordance with the company's Data Protection and Cybersecurity Policy.

AnyTechPros Infotech LLP disclaims liability for any loss, damages, or claims that may arise
from the misinterpretation, non-compliance, or misuse of this policy manual.

6.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or grievances related to the interpretation or application of this policy will be handled in
accordance with the company's Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

a formal written complaint to the HR Department.
If necessary, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or legal
proceedings in accordance with Indian labor laws and company procedures.
7.Acknowledgment of Receipt
All employees are required to acknowledge the receipt and understanding of the Company Policy Manual. By signing
the acknowledgment form, employees agree to abide by the policies set forth in this document.
The acknowledgment form will be maintained in each employee's personal file for record-keeping and future
reference.

This document is a living document and will be updated periodically to ensure continued compliance with legal
requirements, industry standards, and company goals. Employees are advised to stay updated with policy changes
